In case you were wondering, it takes about 35 minutes to cook a pineapple on a rotisserie until soft and hot to the core, developing a nice char.

Oh oh – I just got a pineapple today and was wondering how I should use it. How did your Rotisserie pineapple taste? Would you eat it on its own or incorporate into another recipe?
